Warranty Terms

All products are thoroughly inspected and tested by our factory prior to shipment to ensure they meet quality standards.

Upon arrival at the destination port, if any damage to the goods is found, the customer must provide real-time unpacking inspection evidence (such as photos or videos taken during the opening of the cartons) for verification.

The warranty period is one (1) year from the date of shipment.

During the warranty period, if a lamp tube malfunction occurs under normal use conditions, we will provide replacement lamp tubes free of charge, provided that video evidence confirming the damage is not caused by human factors is submitted.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by human factors, including but not limited to dropping, impact, or improper handling resulting in damage to the lamp housing and subsequent lamp tube failure.

• Damage caused by water ingress, moisture, or exposure to liquids.

• Any damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, or abnormal operating conditions.

In simple terms, if the mosquito killer lamp fails to operate normally during daily use without any human-induced damage, we will offer free replacement of the lamp tube.

For lamp tube failures occurring within the warranty period, the value of the defective lamp tubes may be credited and deducted from the next order, subject to mutual confirmation.
